Who we are
The College Bound Institute (CBI) is an intense residential program designed to prepare high school students for their academic careers. At the end of the program, students will be able to thoroughly complete college applications, successfully write entrance essays, successfully search and apply for scholarships, increase their SAT scores, and have a completed Free Application For Student Aid (FAFSA).
King Youth Foundation
The College Bound Institute is sponsored by the King Youth Foundation. The mission of the King Youth Foundation is to provide individuals with opportunity and access to secure a post-secondary education. The primary individuals that the foundation serves are first-generation and/or low-income individuals at the pre- and collegiate levels. The foundation also serves individuals who are non-traditional aged students with the aspiration of obtaining a college degree.
